NLP

What is NLP?

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a name that encompasses the three most influential components involved in producing human experience: neurology, language and programming. The neurological system regulates how our bodies function, language determines how we interface and communicate with other people and our programming determines the kinds of models of the world we create. Neuro-Linguistic Programming describes the fundamental dynamics between mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their interplay effects our body and behavior (programming).

Because NLP is a state of the art set of communication methods for enhancing personal and professional developement, it will allow you to automatically tap into the kind of experiences you want to have.

How is NLP useful?

NLP is valuable wherever human communication skills can enhance results- parenting, nursing, therapy, public speaking, education, management and others.

NLP & Hypnosis as a set of therapeutic tools

If hypnosis is centered on suggestions, NLP is centered on the language for these suggestions. NLP can allow a hypnotherapist to change the impact of the past on a client by its useful process of positive language reframing for the subconscious mind. Because NLP can be used as a method of therapy, the applications of using it in conjuction with hypnosis has proven to be far more effective in therapy. Whereas, most therapy is remedial and doesn't guarantee a client lasting change. NLP & hypnosis together gives the client a set of tools to promote positive change that generates new possibilities and opportunities.
